Zvelle offers free shipping and returns in Canada and USA.

In the event that you need to initiate a return, please contact us at info@zvelle.com and we'll take care of you immediately.

Canadian Orders: Free Shipping and Returns. 

US Orders: Free Shipping and Returns. We deliver on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis for the United States. All orders under $800 should not incur any duties in the US. On March 10, 2016 the US trade facilitation and trade enforcement increased the De Minimis threshold on inbound shipments to $800 per shipment.

International Orders: The cost for international orders is $60 CDN per order. We always ship via FedEx or UPS so you will get a tracking number. Please email us at info@zvelle.com if you have any questions and we will do what we can to help.

All Zvelle orders are currently shipped out of Canada so you will be responsible for any import duties or taxes incurred when your parcel reaches you. These charges vary and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you have any further questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

Returns And Exchanges

Online orders: Of course, we want you to love your Zvelle shoes as much as we do! If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges up to 14 days, as of when you receive your shoes (please note: we only offer free returns for Canada and U.S. orders). In order to process a return or exchange, shoes must be unworn, in the original packaging and include proof of purchase. *All sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

When you do try on your shoes at home, can you do us a small favor? Doing something as easy as trying on your shoes on a soft surface so that the leather soles remain in perfect condition is a small thing that goes a long way! (And it helps keep them in tact, in the event that you decide to exchange them for another size.) 

Shoes that show signs of wear cannot be returned (we do hope you understand).

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, as it depends on where you live.

For international orders (outside of Canada and the U.S.): To guarantee that we receive your returned item, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not offer free returns on international orders.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received your shoes, we will send you an email confirming the approval of your refund. 

Once approved, a full credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. If you have not been credited after 10 business days, we suggest checking with your bank or credit card company as refunds can take time to be posted on your account. If you still have not received your refund, please call or email us: +1-866-845-7681 or privacy@zvelle.com. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

All refunds will be processed within 10 business days. If you have not been credited after ten business days, we suggest checking with your bank or credit card company as refunds can take time to be posted on your account.
