We are pleased to offer duty-free, complimentary shipping and returns in Canada and the United States.
The fee for international shipping is US $25 per order. We ship via DHL and provide tracking with updates. International orders come DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) which means you will be responsible for any import duties or taxes incurred when your parcel arrives. (These charges vary according to country—if you have questions about customs charges, please contact your local customs office before ordering.)
Returns And Exchanges
We create each Zvelle style to fit perfectly into your personal journey. But we do understand that sometimes things don’t work out the first time. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. We offer returns with a $10 restocking fee and one complimentary exchange (subsequent exchanges are $25). Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of you.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
In order to process a return or exchange, shoes must be unworn and in the original packaging. To make sure your new shoes are returnable, please keep the sole protectors intact, and only try your shoes on a carpeted surface. We hope you understand that shoes that show signs of wear or damage cannot be returned.
We will accept returns for handbags that are unworn and in the original shipping box, with dust bags and tags attached. We hope you understand that handbags that show signs of wear or damage cannot be returned.
Returns & Refunds
Once we have received your return shipment, we will send you an email confirming the approval of your refund.
For refunds, we deduct $10 to cover shipping and restocking costs. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
Please understand that Zvelle reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that is not intact or does not meet the requirements for a returnable item. If your return is denied, the item(s) will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund or exchange will not be issued. Please treat your Zvelle products with extreme care until you are absolutely sure you want to keep them. This way, we can offer them to someone else who will love them.
Exchanges (U.S. & Canada)
Your first exchange is free. If you happen to need a different size, color or style, we will send you a complimentary shipping label to return your order, then we’ll ship your new selection. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the original order.
Sorry, we do not cover the cost of shipping for International exchanges. Please send your order via Fedex, UPS or DHL with a tracking number, and we will be happy to exchange it for you. The same shipping fees apply to exchanges as the original order ($25 per order).
We promise to process all refunds within 10 business days. If you have not been credited after this time period, we suggest checking with your bank or credit card company, as refunds can take time to post to your account.
