Zvelle offers free shipping and returns for all U.S. orders.

In the event that you need to initiate a return, please contact us at and we'll take care of you immediately.

International Orders:  The cost for international orders is US $25 per pair of shoes within the same order. We deliver DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid); as a result, you will be responsible for any import duties or taxes incurred when your parcel is delivered to you. These charges vary and must be paid by the recipient of the package. If you have any further questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office. We always ship via FedEx or UPS so you will get a tracking number.

Sample Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returns And Exchanges

Online orders: Of course, we want you to love your Zvelle shoes as much as we do! If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns and one complimentary exchange up to 14 days, as of when you receive your shoes (please note: we only offer free returns for U.S. orders). In order to process a return or exchange, shoes must be unworn, in the original packaging and include proof of purchase. *All sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

When you do try on your shoes at home, can you do us a small favor? Doing something as easy as trying on your shoes on a soft surface so that the leather soles remain in perfect condition is a small thing that goes a long way! (And it helps keep them in tact, in the event that you decide to exchange them for another size.)

Shoes that show signs of wear cannot be returned (we do hope you understand).

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, as it depends on where you live.

Please note: We accept one complimentary exchange shipment per order. Subsequent exchanges are subject to our standard shipping fee of US $25.

For international orders (outside of the U.S.): To guarantee that we receive your returned item, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not offer free returns on international orders.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received your shoes, we will send you an email confirming the approval of your refund.

Once approved, a full credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.

We will refund you the purchase price of the product (minus any applicable duties, delivery fees paid and shipping costs should these be incurred by Zvelle.) A small shipping/restocking fee of US $10 per item for refunded items will be deducted from any refund due.

Once we have received your shoes, we will send you an email confirming the approval of your refund.

Zvelle reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that is not in-tact or does not meet the requirements. If your return is denied, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund or exchange will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding!

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

All refunds will be processed within 10 business days. If you have not been credited after ten business days, we suggest checking with your bank or credit card company as refunds can take time to be posted on your account.
